To assure that all contests sanctioned by the Memphis Barbecue Network receive the best judges anywhere, the
MBN offers judges training classes. Anyone who is enthusiastic about barbecue needs this training to become a
certified judge. The class covers all aspects of barbecue judging and even provides the opportunity to
taste barbecue from two MBN Championship Teams.
